The Helpdesk division of Customer Success is the vanguard of our support process. You’ll be the first to interact with our customers and thus need to monitor the pulse of Shadow, our community, and gaming as a whole.
- You bring a solution to every bug/question that our users may have
- If you don’t know the solution, you know where & how to find an answer--and how to manage the user until their bug/question is solved
- Organizing all the tickets into different queues
- You will communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, telepathy, quests, duels, portals, codec, tutorial messages, and sometimes even face-to-face!
- We like our customers to have as much success as we do--you’ll be a good fit if you’re familiar with sales & customer care in a tech or video game environment
- Familiarity with Zendesk or other support ticketing software
- You enjoy listening to people explain their problems, long walks on the beach, etc.
- You’re the most patient grasshopper there ever was
- Fluency in English with excellent written communication
- You color inside the lines (but sometimes choose not to)
- You’re excellent at communication. Like, beat-Overcooked-without-yelling levels of communication
- A passion for technology and gaming as a whole
- We move fast, so minimum +20 resistance to stress
