Shadow is expanding our marketing team leadership. We are looking to add an experienced and passionate Senior Manager, Social and Community to head-up the function in North America. You will lead Shadow’s social media growth, as well as managing and engaging Shadow’s audience on relevant channels including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. In addition, you will cultivate creators across YouTube and Twitch to drive Shadow focused content. You will bring to the table a deep understanding and knowledge of social media tools and techniques. You also have a mastery of analytics and reporting and must be continuously striving to learn and improve. This is a highly-visible, strategic role where you’ll be making a key impact on the business.
  • Develop high-level social, community, and influencer strategy showing the path to success through a metrics-based approach that lays out clear gates
  • Above making the plan,  you will, forecast, commit, measure and validate your course of action through benchmarking and tracking tools
  • Drive the daily execution and growth across social, community, and influencer programs. Set priorities and do what it takes to achieve your team’s strategic goals
  • Research the latest trends and best practices to stay up to date on social media developments and tools
  • Be the expert in the function and raise the level knowledge across the organization
  • Constantly test, optimize and analyze campaigns and projects based on specific KPIs
  • Effectively work and coordinate with UA, creative, communications, and other social media/community teams across the globe
  • 8+ years of working experience with solid experience in growing social media, community, and influencer programs
  • Knowledge on how to scale a community from scratch
  • Experience in managing high-performing teams
  • Owning and growing social media, community, and influencers at a technology or gaming company
  • Undergrad (or higher) degree from a top university
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to keep pace in a fast-moving environment
  • Familiarity with marketing tracking tools and analytics platforms
  • At home in the spotlight, comfortable with freedom and responsibility
  • The passion and drive to grow a new community on a disruptive technology
