Location: Charlottesville, VA
Security clearance: TS/SC, must have Security+ certification or ability to pass prior to start date
The program exists to support the Army User Activity Monitoring Program (AUAMP). This position will be providing software engineering and systems integration support for AUAMP analysts and other cooperating organizations. The application integrates multiple data sources in one place and provides the tools analysts need to manage and organize investigator activities, including workflow management and data visualization.
The individual supporting this task shall have at a minimum 5 to 10 years experience developing and integrating software plus have strong programming skills in Java and scripting languages (Groovy, Python, etc.). Familiarity and experience with various markup languages (HTML, XML, etc.) is required. Must have experience integrating software with SQL databases and database schema design. Experience with current UI frameworks (Node.js, Angular, Bootstrap, etc.) is a plus. Must have the ability to design UI and program mock-ups to match functional and system requirements exhibiting good documentation writing skills. Prior software development team leadership experience is desired, but not required.
