Implementation Project Manager

Looking for a talented professional to join our Bitfocus team as an Implementation Project Manager

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be expected to become a subject matter expert on Clarity Human Services Software functionality, and the business processes that it supports. As a member of the Implementation Team, you will be the first point of contact that introduces the Clarity Human Services product to new customers. You will work closely with new customers to design their database systems, assist in configuration, conduct trainings of the Clarity Human Services product, and assure that all new implementations remain compliant with federal and local regulations. You will also help facilitate additional projects for new customers, including: designing custom reports, helping facilitate data transfers to/from external systems, and working with customers and developers on feature enhancements.

Compensation/Benefits:
  • Full-time employment (40 hrs a week)
  • Salary: $50K - $70K DOE

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree, or 6+ years of Continuum of Care (CoC) or HMIS experience
  • Strong Technical aptitude

What You'll Do
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Clarity Human Services software
  • Successfully design and develop new implementations of Clarity Human Services Software
  • Maintain compliance with federal and local requirements for new implementations
  • Collaborate with Bitfocus team and customers to troubleshoot issues or questions related to software functionality
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or other project management software
  • Adhere to internal and contractual Service Level Agreements; maintain company standards of excellence
  • Develop agreements and contracts with Clients for software customization and Reports
  • Translate customer needs into Clarity Human Services business processes
  • Work with new implementation customers to develop project plans and timelines, to meet customer and contractual requirements
  • Create documentation, both internal and customer-facing
  • Conduct remote and/or in-person trainings of the Clarity Human Services software
  • Facilitate updates to the Clarity Human Services software, in order to maintain ongoing compliance with the HUD HMIS Data Standards and federal reporting guidelines
  • QA/Test Clarity Human Services software and reports, as needed
  • Support other Bitfocus teams and projects, as needed

Software Skills Required
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Crosstabs, Pivots, Formulas)
  • SSRS, R and other statistical analysis tools experience a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL and databases a plus, but not a requirement

  • Demonstrates and supports an environment of professionalism, performance and execution
  • Ability to process complex data and information from multiple sources and communicate actions
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Adaptable and able to effectively multi-task
  • Demonstrably computer proficient, numerate and adept at learning new and complex software applications
  • Knows the fundamental concepts in reports creation and database development, system testing and data analytics
  • Ability to effectively work and collaborate with others in a remote office environment
