Bitcoin.com is the industry leader in providing tools and services to bring sound money to the entire world and is currently seeking a Social Media Manager to join our expanding global team.
Working under the guidance of our Marketing department, this role requires the ability to formulate content strategy related to ongoing campaigns, supporting our products, assisting with coordinating industry event involvement and having a pulse on one of the fastest industries in existence, providing our followers with the most relevant content aligned with the Bitcoin.com brand.
The position will require the successful candidate to work inter-departmentally across Marketing, Product Management, Design, News, Finance, and Developer teams.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate strategies for all social channels i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Integrate social strategy into ongoing marketing campaigns, product launches, industry events
- Advise on social media best practices to compliment our brand guidelines and increase followers and engagement
- Work directly with copywriters, email marketing, news, and product teams to create timely engaging content
- Coordinate with the product, finance, and engineering teams to be in sync on product mission
Requirements:
- Expert in social media marketing and engagement
- Excellent digital marketing awareness
- Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, and marketing automation tools
- 3-5 Years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in social media lead role
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Communicates exceptionally well in both written and verbal English
- Experience working with conversion funnels
