Associate Content Manager

We are looking for social-loving, meme posting, trend finding Associate Content Manager. The ideal candidate possesses a robust understanding of all social platforms and has a keen eye for detail. The candidate should be dialed-in to internet culture (memes, internet personalities, trends, habits, etc.) and constantly curious about the future of the social industry.

Roles + Responsibilities:
  • Assist on social content planning, concepting, and execution (i.e. posting/scheduling)
  • Publish daily social content across all social channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Community Management including monitoring the conversation, identifying opportunities for interaction, and writing/publishing replies
  • Identify opportunities for deluxe community interaction and/or surprise and delight
  • Write replies that achieve client goals and build community
  • Manage large user lists within custom dashboards for tracking
  • Support team in collating reports about the community
  • Write and contribute to editorial client-facing deliverables 
  • Contribute to quarterly content analysis with actionable community insights
  • Assist with research, including competitor audit, influencer identification and collecting community insights
  • Remaining up-to-date on industry technology and social platform news and updates
  • Copywriting on social posts
  • Participation in brainstorms & creative ideation 
  • Communicate and collaborate with clients

Skills + Experience:
  • 1+ years of professional social media experience in an agency or brand side capacity (internship experience okay)
  • Knowledge of social media trends and platform functionalities 
  • Strong writing skills, including mastery of grammar and syntax
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Client facing presentation skills
  • Ability to interpret quantitative and quantitative analysis
  • Experience with Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets
  • Proficiency in Keynote and Photoshop/InDesign is a plus
  • Preferable experience with social media publishing programs (i.e. Sprinklr, Hootsuite, SproutSocial)
