Entry Level Recruiter

  • Help to define talent needs through partnering with hiring managers.
  • Elicit requisitions from hiring managers. - authoring, formatting, getting approval.
  • Prioritize and post job requisitions. 
  • Builds effective assessments and sourcing strategies to achieve hiring results. 
  • Actively manages all job postings on various job boards.
  • Perform prescreening calls to analyze an applicants fit and abilities. 
  • Is active in applicant tracking system through adding and maintaining candidate applications and resumes while keeping positions current.  
  • Filters and screens resumes.
  • Recruit passive candidates and gauge both cultural fit along with technical skills. 
  • Builds and maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates and implements on-going relationship management.
  • Attend networking opportunities such as career fairs, meetups, and industry events. 
  • Local to Louisville, Boulder, Denver area.  Able to come to a potential future office location in the Louisville/Boulder area 3 days a week.
