Google Analytics/ A/B Testing Role

ActivTrak is a Dallas-based startup with a focus on the best technology, fast innovation, excellent culture and service that shows we care. As we enter a high-growth stage we are looking for a wide array of highly-skilled people, which includes a Google Analytics and A/B Testing Manager.

ActivTrak is looking for someone who has excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to adapt complex messages across varying audiences. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about using data and design to help improve the customer’s experience while improving conversion rates continuously.

We are looking for someone who understands the industry’s best practices around user experience and design determines methods and techniques for utilizing data in contextual user targeting and understands A/B testing platforms. Candidate must utilize solid testing principles.

Requirements:

-2+ years running A/B and multivariate testing in a technology organization

-Comfortable working in a data-driven environment

-Manage the end to end testing process including hypothesis setting, KPI selection, and goals

-Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred

-A demonstrated history of raising conversion rates significantly is a strong plus

-Experience and proficiency with:
• Web analytics applications (Kissmetrics, Google Analytics, etc.) and tagging
• A/B & multivariate testing applications (Google Optimize, VWO, AB Tasty, etc.)
• Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

-Reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.

-Must be a self-starter
