Business Development Representative

The Role:

Beyond Pricing is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team.  If you are looking to get in on the ground floor of a high-growth startup and be a part of a founding sales team, this may be a great fit.

We are looking for a high energy, team-oriented winner to drive revenue. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality outbound opportunities and qualifying inbound leads.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly motivated 
  • Possesses excellent written and communication skills 
  • Has a proven track record of success, ideally around sourcing and closing deals 
  • Has 1-2 years of selling experience in an outbound role or experience in banking or finance 
  • Willing and comfortable with performing strategic outbound prospecting 
  • Previously has demonstrated teamwork, curiosity, and initiative 
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit - most of us here are former founders or failed founders

Preferred:

  • Data-oriented with an aptitude for large data sets and numbers 
  • Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and Outreach
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and templating
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems and/or the vacation rental market 
  • Prior travel industry experience 
  • Degree from a top-tier school

Beyond Pricing is an automatic pricing system for vacation rentals. Our software has priced over $1b in bookings made on sites like Airbnb and Homeaway. We are building tools for property managers that were previously only available to big airlines and hotels.

Founded in 2013 by a a commercial airline pricing consultant and a former YC founder, Beyond Pricing raised $3.5M from top-tier investors. The company is profitable and growing revenue 3x year-over-year.

Our customers love us - before they were setting prices by gut - now we a provide real, measurable benefit to their businesses. We’ve helped save small businesses and brought scale and efficiency to many more.

Our Technology:

We collect billions of data points to make decisions on prices in thousands of cities around the world. We then integrate with dozens of external platforms to automatically sync prices daily.

We need your help with expanding our market share seeing as we have a big head-start as the first to develop this technology for vacation rentals more than 4 years ago.
