BeyondPay takes the approach of centering Managed HR services around the Kronos Workforce Ready technology. An HR Pro is assigned to a small number of clients and charged with developing an HR Action Plan--driving constantly improving technology, processes and services in a way that costs less money than hiring internally and establishing more expertise as well.
This is BeyondPay's newest offering, which we are really excited about. Therefore, we're looking for someone that will be the champion of HR for our clients. We want someone that wakes up excited to change the world one business and interaction at a time.
Additionally our HR Pro’s are incentivized to help grow the business by marketing BeyondPay’s HR Services to new and existing clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- In-taking client calls/issues using proprietary call management system
- Assessing and evaluating HR situations or questions
- Providing problem-solving assistance, compliance and best practice guidance
- Keeping current on changes to federal and state laws to provide the best guidance to our clients
- Delivering timely and valuable human resource services and consulting to clients
- Conducting new client on-boarding process; providing support and compliant HR advice
- Building of custom HRIS according to client specifications
- Marketing of BeyondPay’s HR services to existing clients informing them of the HR services we offer
- Ability to work with a team and delegate and coach other HR Pros.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two plus years' experience working in a HR Generalist role
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and problem-solving skills are a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel or G Suite.
- Strong customer service skills, ability to multi-task and work in a team setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and categorize system problems
- Strong data management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, showing an ability to communicate information in a clear, understandable manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a Software and/or service company environment.
- Experience working in a call center environment.
- Experience working with a Human Resources and/or benefits administration software application.
- SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP or SHRM CP
