The Client Services Representative is the main point of contact for BeyondPay's awesome clients. You will play a critical role supporting our Payroll, HR, Time & Labor, and Scheduling products and services. The position is an entry level to experienced, full-time, hourly position, requiring minimal travel.
The position will require providing first tier customer support, primarily via inbound calls and e-mails. Tasks would include customer trainings via web conferencing for our industry leading Workforce Management Solution, assisting with implementations of new customers, and creating documentation for the system.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer support with a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical expertise, and a thorough and timely response
- Exhibiting excellent analysis, problem determination and troubleshooting skills
- Follow up with customers on all open tickets to ensure customer satisfaction, adhering to published call response times
- Maintain call ownership from initial customer contact to call resolution, which includes supporting escalations if appropriate and providing customer updates
- Acquire, maintain, and expand knowledge of current support policies and methods of support delivery
- Use the company CRM and Help Desk systems to document all calls and resolutions
- Assisting in the development of training and user guide materials
