About the Role:
Primary responsibility is to help transition customers to G Suite migrating from legacy Novell, Lotus, or Microsoft messaging platforms. The consultant will work with customers to design and implement the migration tools infrastructure and work technical problems and issues as reported by end migration tools or directly related to Google for Work. Additionally, the consultant will actively monitor alerts and create help desk and issue tickets related to the migration and provide remote and or on-site support as needed to customers.
BeyondPay has offered Human Capital Management (HCM) products and services since 1995, and is now breaking into this new service because it complements the Kronos Workforce Ready solution so well. While Workforce Ready helps companies recruit, hire, track time, pay, and develop employees, Google is the leader in bringing teams together in a simple to use, simple to administer, yet powerful to create suite of products centered around G Suite. We employ over 30 employees which makes us small and nimble yet with a backbone of solid revenue and customer base.

Typical day snapshot - G Suite Deployment Specialist
- Provide technical support to Customers and BeyondPay internal sales team
- Complete and document all pre-sales engagements with ticketing system
- Collaborate with BeyondPay sales team to close enterprise business
- Provide system administrator and end-user training where needed
- Ensure deliverables are submitted on-time
- Provide on-site services at customer locations when needed (5% travel)
- Windows Active Directory, Windows Server 2012
- Email client experience with one or more of the following (Outlook 2003/2007, Lotus Notes versions 6-8, and Novell GroupWise)
- Perform network trouble-shooting to diagnose, isolate and resolve network problems
- Project management methodology and change management
What we are looking for:
- 7+ years working for a Consulting Company or System Integrator directly supporting external clients
- 5+ years Project Management experience with technology focused projects (Project Management software experience desired)
- Be highly focused on customer service and a high level of client satisfaction
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Have a desire to learn
- Experience supporting on premise Novell, Lotus, or Microsoft messaging infrastructures.
