Business Development Manager

 The Business Development Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships and finding new revenue opportunities. To be successful, they must design an action plan based on the companies targeted business categories and successfully accomplish it by managing and enhancing existing client relationships, obtaining big meetings, and attend other networking events to continually develop prospect and build relationships.

Responsibilities: 

Manages and enhances existing cultivated client relationships which in turn, results in new revenue opportunities through the strong relationship and influencing skills to get the call when disaster strikes 

Generate appointments of outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify & market services to potential clients 

Drives new revenue opportunities through strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments

Responsible for meeting/exceeding the budgeted outside sales goals Prospect for new business by joining and networking within various organizations, communities and groups 

Design an action plan to successfully accomplish the new/current business plan Focuses on obtaining “Big Meetings" with prospects and clients in target business categories 

Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies & procedures

Maintain a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward the company and brand 

Attend all appropriate company meetings Attend networking events, coordinate networking events with fellow BDM team members

 Additional duties required as needed Qualified candidates may have past experience in: Disaster Restoration, Mitigation, Remediation, Water Damage, Emergency Services, Restoration & Reconstruction
