Moresi & Associates -Property Management & Development -Operations Intern
Moresi & Associates Development Company, LLC is a leader in property management and development and is expanding in northern Berkshire County. We repurpose mills and historic buildings that are under-utilized and rehabilitate them for current demand. We specialize in excellent customer service and superior construction and electrical services.
The successful candidate will learn all facets of operating a property management and property development company including: acquiring new management contracts, leasing properties, customer and vendor management, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll reporting. Other duties include answering phones, file management, and executive calendar management. This is a fast-paced environment that requires both critical thinking and attention to detail.
Must be able to work both independently and in a team setting. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required. The intern should be able to communicate well in person, on the phone, and in writing. Occasional lifting (less than 25 pounds) required. Office experience is helpful.
This is a full-time position starting June 12 and ending August 17. Compensation is $11/hour.
Intern reports to our Account Manager and works alongside the Business Manager, Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, and Founder/ Owner.
