Account Supervisor

The ideal Account Supervisor at Mythic is a highly passionate, collaborative, outgoing, creative oriented leader. The person will work in close partnership with Account, Creative and Strategy teams to ensure on brief, on budget and on time execution of marketing campaigns and projects. A seasoned candidate will demonstrate the following responsibilities:
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead and manage end-to-end projects

· Guide the day-to-day management of assigned accounts by working effectively with a cross-departmental team to deliver top-notch work, while managing internal and client expectations

· Assist in creating marketing strategies including digital marketing programs across display, search, web, mobile, and social channels

· Direct all aspects of client business from strategy through execution with attention to quality and detail and the foresight to identify (and circumvent) potential red flags

· Drive innovation by staying abreast of the latest digital platforms, social trends and mobile technologies with the ability to strategically translate these into client programs

· Mentor and lead a team by providing coaching, training and identifying areas for growth

· Serve as primary client contact with senior clients, working directly on projects

· Professionally manage client feedback, direction and expectations that results in trust-based client relationships and revenue growth

· Orchestrate partnerships with internal teams and external agencies to manage priorities, schedules, and deliverables

· Partner with broader team to make actionable recommendations, as well as developing test and learn agendas

· Deliver effective oral presentations (over the phone and in person) with poise and confidence

· Partner with strategy team to identify and manage the relationship with influencers

· Needs to have a calm, yet confident, demeanor with a “nothing is impossible” attitude to rally cross-functional teams

· Provides very clear and specific direction, with effective follow-through

· Connects dots across teams and facilitates collaboration

· Support Senior Management in new business opportunities as needed
