Bellows Plumbing, Heating, & Air is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage our call center after hours. Primary responsibilities include answering the phone after hours and helping with emergency bookings. CSR will be working with customers to determine their needed services and resolve their problems.
Work shift: 5 days a week/40 hours, exact time TBD, will be an eight (8) hour shift starting around 4:30-5:00pm
- Must be able to work with very minimal supervision.
- Ready to deliver an exceptional experience and create a lasting impression.
- Good listener, solution finder and relationship builder.
- Must have excellent communication skills and a pleasant, friendly demeanor.
- Must have impeccable grammatical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Must be a fast learner with new technology and software applications.
- Must be proficient with Excel, Word, and Google software.
- Must be able to handle general office maintenance and administrative duties.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to interact well with all employees and perform as a team player who can thrive in a fun, fast paced environment.
- Please be open-minded, creative, self-motivated, and have a willingness to learn.
