Deli Supervisor

Enthusiastic associate to back fill the position of Deli Supervisor, with experience in food operations of all sizes and in various environments. ·               Maintained relationships with reliable vendors for produce and best pricing

·               Worked register collecting payments entering orders in point of sale system and processed credit transactions

·               Mentored new hires to ensure establishment standards of quality are maintained

·               Took and processed telephone and Internet orders

·               Monitored and delegated tasks to maintain deli cleanliness

·               Handle any scheduling conflicts in the deli.

·               Assist the in seeing that the store maintains a store-inspection grade of 100%

Minimum Position Qualifications:
·               High school diploma/ some college 

·               Effective leadership, interpersonal communication and customer service skills

·               Ability to work in a fast paced environment; strong time management skills

·               Sound judgment/problem solving and decision making skills
