We are currently seeking qualified and passionate Behavior Analysts or BCaBA's to work with individuals, staff, and families utilizing the theories and procedures of applied behavior analysis. The ideal candidate for this position has past ABA experience and a genuine passion for working with individuals and their families, reliable transportation, flexibility and a love for a team environment.
Job Requirements
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or BCaBA, BCBA required
- Minimum two years experience working with individuals with autism or other disabilities
- Demonstrated competency in the development, implementation and oversight of functional behavior assessment, professional consultation services, and behavior plan writing, data collection systems, developing a plan for reduction and replacement of the targeted
- Excellent oral and written communication and problem solving skills
- Writing sample to demonstrate core communication skills / abilities
- IN Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Clear Background check and TB clearance
- Ability to meet the physical demands of therapy services (must be able to walk, run, bend, lift, reach, stoop, and kneel and lift at least 35 lbs.)
- Willingness to commute to the homes, school or clinic locations
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence based behavior analytic services to assigned patients
- Complete individualized assessments for assigned patients
- Collect and analyze data
- Create and revise functional goals and programs for patients based upon assessments, data collection and observation as well as evidence based interventions
- Collaborate with families and other providers
- Complete and submit all necessary paperwork for initial evaluations and reauthorization
- Supervise and provide ongoing training to therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians
- Supervise assigned students seeking certification as BCBA/BCaBA (if applicable)
