Bedly is searching for a highly driven, experienced Head of Marketing who will play a critical role in growing awareness of, and demand for Bedly. The successful candidate will have a track record of success driving programs around email marketing, earned and paid media and other innovative campaigns designed to fill the pipeline with qualified leads for our sales team. You will own the marketing campaign execution by working in partnership with all departments.

-Participate in development and execution of the marketing and brand strategy, marketing budget, marketing plan and implementation of marketing initiatives across all channels to reach business goals
-Create brand awareness and recognition in the marketplace through our marketing efforts
-Own marketing campaign execution by working in partnership with all departments
-Create and manage core marketing messages
-Coordinate initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, advertising, events,, etc.) including measurement, analysis, optimization and reporting
-Brainstorm, develop and execute on ideas for creative marketing campaigns to generate marketing qualified leads and nurture the leads with engaging and innovative content to advance them to sales qualified leads so that they can be handed off to Sales team members to be converted to customers
-Manage print and digital assets to ensure creative alignment across all marketing channels
-Assist in orchestrating an in-house PR effort with media outlets and other third parties
-Analyze marketing data (landing page/campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, social media engagement, etc.) to optimize marketing tactics and fine tune marketing strategies
-Conduct market and competitive research
-Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends
-Proactively identify marketing opportunities that will result in increased visibility and profitable growth
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-6+ years of marketing experience, preferably of which at least 2 years in B2C marketing
-Intimate understanding of traditional, digital and emerging marketing channels with hands-on experience in implementing successful campaigns that led to sales
-Experience in: advertising (traditional and digital), PR, marketing analysis, statistics, marketing communication, social and SEM, SEO, A/B testing, marketing automation (drip marketing), Google Analytics, market research
-Creative problem solver, highly organized, detail-oriented, methodical, analytical, self-motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, team player who works well with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams
-Exemplary marketing communication skills, including effective marketing copywriting and editing
-Strength in creating content ideas and marketing tactics to generate qualified leads that lead to sales
-Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
-Experience in Hubspot or Salesforce CRM
-Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
