WHO IS B.B.E?
Beyond a creative agency, we’re a strategy-led communications and technology partner with the ability to conceive and create ideas, programs, campaigns and products in-house. Established in 2014, we now have 50 staff in offices across Sydney and Melbourne. Teams include PR, Content, Creative, Product (Experience and Technology), Production and Strategy, and we work with clients in industries ranging from automotive, retail, travel, energy and healthcare, among others.

WHAT YOU HAVE:
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in an Agency
- You have attended AWARD school or have a keen interest in applying
- A broadly skilled conceptual writer with experience working within a multi disciplined agencies across teams
- Experience in editorial and article style copy
- Experience writing different type of content (from campaigns, to evergreen web content, to video scripts and more)
- Proven experience working with marketing automation platforms
- Understands client / business objectives and key metrics to develop and deliver effective copy
- Contributes to brainstorming sessions, big briefs and is able to execute on creative concepts
- Collaborates with Digital Designers, UX Designers, and Developers to produce innovative, data driven and best practice digital and other media content
- Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet objectives within different projects
- Helps facilitate research where required
- Be able to respond to, manage and solve all potential problems in a timely manner
