WHO IS B.B.E?
Beyond a creative agency, we’re a strategy-led communications and technology partner with the ability to conceive and create ideas, programs, campaigns and products in-house. Established in 2014, we now have 50 staff in offices across Sydney and Melbourne. Teams include PR, Content, Creative, Product (Experience and Technology), Production and Strategy, and we work with clients in industries ranging from automotive, retail, travel, energy and healthcare, among others.

WHAT YOU HAVE:
- Over 5 years experience in digital design - agency or SaaS product experience essential. Creative TTL and content marketing experience a plus
- Innate passion and understanding of human/computer interactions and engagement
- An open mind and interest in how humans behave, and how technology influences behaviour
- Ability to validate ideas and concepts using qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Strong digital design skills (our team are full stack, from research to implementation)
- Strong examples of end-to-end research, UX, Digital Design and FE ready handover
- A keen awareness of trends in the market and continuously looking for creative ideas and inspiration to ensure best practice
- Strong attention to detail, autonomy in delivering activities, the ability to lead cross-discipline collaboration
- Practised knowledge of rapid prototyping techniques
- Detailed knowledge and communication of design thinking, lean UX, task oriented design and scrum
- Strong technical skills across Sketch (and plugins), Marvel or similar, Adobe suite, Google Drive
- Basic comprehension of FE code bases, inclusive of Jquery, Javascript, CSS, HTML
- Expert comprehension of responsive code bases and digital ecosystem best practise
- Expert comprehension of social platforms and email platforms
- Basic comprehension of marketing automation
- Ability to partner closely with cross functional teams, while leading your discipline practise
- Ability to think strategically with a drive to jump into any task required
- Genuine passion to work as part of a high performance team & mentor others
