We are hiring a Radio Producer for Barstool Sports located in New York, NY

The Radio Producer role will be responsible for planning and production of live radio shows on the Barstool Radio network.

  • Ability to plan and produce live radio shows in a multitude of different genres
  • Generates original ideas and carries out thorough research
  • Researches information during show prep that pertains to your shows topic
  • Assists with scheduling guests
  • Assists with time-keeping, saving show recordings, archiving show files and post-production editing
  • Knowledgeable of the radio market, different station/program styles, audience demographics
  • Knows how to use a variety of recording equipment and to operate different radio studios
  • Full knowledge of the law, rules and industry regulations around radio production
  • Able to recognize major moments within live radio and turn them into digital assets
  • Work with talent and relay messages from management team

Must Haves:
  • Proficient in photoshop/premier/after effects with the ability to create digital copy
  • Minimum 2 years experience with producing audio at a major network
  • Extensive knowledge of sports and current events landscape, with an understanding of how radio operates around this
  • Night and weekend availability required
