Automotive Warranty Network, Inc, the leader in comprehensive warranty claims management for auto dealers has multiple Automotive Warranty Specialist openings in our Warranty Administration team.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This position serves as Auditor, Trainer (ATAR)
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate needs of client prior to visit - obtain billing information and contacts
- Assign AWN support staff to assist and duties assigned
- Set goals and processes to change or set action plan
- Evaluate players by skills, strengths, and weaknesses
- Prepare audit findings in CARS
- Prepare action plan for dealer
- Arrange exit meeting with dealer management
- If AWN processes claims then there must be a meeting scheduled with team leader, production manager, and administrator
- Set follow up date before leaving
- Create SAT client in CARS for billing
- Collaborate with production and Quality control supervisor as to client selection
- Review with Production manager and Quality control
- Prepare action plan for administrator and dealer to follow
- Evaluation for dealership training
- Obtain Schedules – work to baseline to get clear picture
- Evaluate compliance and labor operation assignments for accuracy
- Evaluate paper flow
- Hold training classes and individual instructions with tech, advisors, service manager and administrator
- Exit review meeting with dealership management
- Hold in house AWN classes with administrators following set agenda
- Engage in manufacturer specific training with individual employees
- Collaborate with all departments to create and update AWN training material and classes
- Strive to maintain certifications and training current for self.
- Review manufactures website for updates
- Learn and evaluate current AWN process
- Collaborate in AWN Academy development and production
- Host webinars inside and outside AWN
- Collaborate preparation for dealer group web classes and design
- Assist Production manager and team leaders with CARS items by contact with dealer personnel
- Involve Quality Control manager and Customer service for training opportunities for dealership
- Cover accounts when needed and with the transition to the administrator
- Clean up difficult accounts to be transition to administrator
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Skills in process evaluation, needs assessments, action plans, communication and collaboration are essential
JOB LOCATION:
- This position is based out of our Greenwood Village, Colorado office. Travel is required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience as a Service Adviser, Service Manager, or Lead Technician is required. Warranty experience is preferred.
