SAP Fico Lead

Main Objective of the Position:

Looking Senior SAP FICO  who can lead this module for project, and maintain the client interaction   
Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Do the as-is analysis of Financial Accounting and identify optimization opportunities to add business value to customers ·        
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure a comprehensive Financial Accounting design including estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy ·       
  •  Design, configure, migrate, test and implement SAP Financial Accounting solutions ·        
  • Review requirements with stakeholders and conduct business workshops ·        
  • Defining the current issues, requirements, and deliverables ·        
  • Proactive identification, escalation and resolution of issues ·        
  • Demonstrate a desire to learn new SAP Technologies and Features related to the Financial Accounting area · Advise management and clients on SAP new Technologies and Features related to the Financial Accounting area ·        
  • Lead department Financial Accounting initiatives as directed by management ·        
  • Act as a counsellor and mentor for other FICO Consultants ·        
  • Ensure delivery of quality standards by adhering to SAP and Avertra Best Practices ·        
  • Provide support to pre-sales initiatives ·        
  • Provide support to Avertra internal SAP landscape and Product development

 Education : 
  Bachelor degree of Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or similar

 Experience :
   At least 10 years of experience in the same field

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  •   11-13+ years of professional experience ·       
  •  Including 8+ years of SAP Consultant ·        
  • Including 6+ years of SAP Financial Accounting experience ·        
  • Strong Knowledge of FSCM submodules ·       
  •  Experience with providing business process consulting and SAP solutioning, including leading workshops ·        Strong business process knowledge in accounting, finance and controlling ·        
  • Strong knowledge in General Ledger/Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/ Bank Accounting / Taxes (CIN/GST) / New Asset Accounting ·        
  • Strong Knowledge of FICO integration with MM, SD, PP and HR ·        
  • Experience with Interfaces, including IDocs, EBS/DME and Enhancements ·        
  • Experience with Migration, Testing and Cutover strategy ·       
  •  Experience with at least 3 full life cycle implementation projects ·        
  • Experience with at least 4 support projects on FICO and including team leading responsibilities ·        Leadership qualities ·        
  • Excellent management and problem-solving skills ·       
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a global environment (English)  
  •  SAP certification for SAP ERP Financial Accounting ·        
  • SAP certification for SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting ·        
  • Knowledge of SAP Treasury ·        
  • Experience with handling accounting/costing for Logistics companies ·        
  • Experience with SAP Simple Finance 2.0 (1503) ·        
  • Experience with SAP S/4 Finance ·        
  • Experience with SAP Upgrade from ERP Financial Accounting to  S/4HANA Financial Accounting ·        Experience with LSMW ·        
  • Experience with ABAP Query ·       
  •  Experience with SAP HANA Live ·       
  •  Experience with ABAP development 

 Travel :  Travel to Jordan require
