Main Objective of the Position

UX Designer is responsible for creating and the overall user experience of the
MiCustomer Platform and related products by designing, creating, leading, and
implementing new and innovative types of design experiences in Avertra’s

Main Job Responsibilities

  • ● Gather and evaluate user and business requirements/design in collaboration
    with product managers and engineers to inform Avertra’s product design
    ● Champion users, especially focusing on clean, usable design patterns that are
    modern and reflect industry direction and standards
    ● Develop a consistent look-and-feel across all Avertra products, applications,
    and assets
    ● Build a set of styles and accompanying documentation that can be applied by
    other designers and engineers to ongoing projects
    ● Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, wireframes, process flows and
    sitemaps that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
    ● Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets and
    navigational elements
    ● Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
    ● Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
    ● Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
    ● Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
    ● Create and maintain sales collateral such as capability decks, proposal
    templates, case studies
    ● Demonstrable knowledge of software architecture, components, databases,
    frameworks, IDEs, etc.
    ● Prepare RFI/RFP responses individually/in collaboration with other teams
    ● Provide day-to-day support to sales by creating custom decks, providing
    ● Track and study latest UI/UX design principles, best practices, and competitor

Undergraduate University Degree in the fields of: Computer science, technology,
business, management information systems, economics, engineering, or any
related field
