Job Overview:
The Agile Delivery Lead is an important part of digitizing and automating business processes by working with our service and engineering leadership to deliver solutions that can significantly improve utility, telco and logistic providers customer and employee experiences.
In addition, you will be collaborating with stakeholders, SMEs, IT counterparts, and vendors in identifying gaps and translating current state challenges into future state solutions and detailing corresponding specifications and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to own Avertra Agile Delivery Methodology.
- Experience with SAFe , LEAN, or Disciplined Agile (Preferred). Participate in the creation and implementation of a digital delivery strategy.
- Research best practices for digital engagement and perform competitive analysis to identify gaps.
- Provide expertise in defining the best solution options for any given opportunity.
- Work on integrating digital technologies.
- Perform first assessment of project ideas as input for the project portfolio management process.
- Ensure ongoing development and deployment of IT business system solutions based on business needs and strategy.
- Help the customer to detail requirements as needed for defining an IS solution.
- Ability to manage geographically distributed teams across time zones.
- Support the design and successful implementation of profitable, effective, and customer-oriented solutions based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and manage problem solving during the solution build and test phases.
- Ensure solutions are implemented per functional requirements while maintaining accuracy.
- Create and present business proposals to senior business leadership team on how to improve Avertra’s digital solutions delivery model.
- Develop and manage one direct report to integrate digital tools into the workplace.
- Ability to maintain program and project level plans.

Education:
- Advanced degree with a Business or Project Management focus, or equivalent professional experience, is a plus.
Experience:
- Experience in Scrum/Agile software development process and/or programming design and systems management
- Experience with enterprise solutions like SAP and/or Oracle.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Agile Certification (PMI-ACP, CDAP, CSM, CSP, SAFe Scaled Agilist, etc.) is highly preferable
- Familiarity with developing business processes and IT solutions in Business and CRM environments from conceptualization to implementation.
- Direct interaction with product owners and stakeholders to document decision, issues, functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, process models, and impact analysis.
- Demonstrated overall entrepreneurial drive with high customer-oriented focus.
- Solid understanding of strategic IT solutions, particularly those that support IoT and other emerging information and data analysis technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation, and team facilitation skills.
Preferences:
- Working knowledge of SAP business software applications.
