About the opportunity:
Build a team of Recruiters and Sources in Canada office, manage the team and teaching best practices of Recruitment, also process and culture of the company;
Build and Execute the Talent Acquisition strategy aligned to the business need;
Develop and Report Recruitment metrics;
Define strategies for Referral Program in Canada;
Implement Interview based on Competencies in Canada and Interview Training for Technical Team;
Determine to staff and produce forecasts;
Report all of Canada activities to the Leadership team and define local strategies;
Contact with clients;
Define Recruitment tools;
KPI’s follow up with the team;
Negotiation with candidates;
Build a strong pipeline in Canada based on the client’s need.
Experience required:
5+ years of experience with the Recruitment and Selection process,
Must have experience in software consultant companies,
3+ years of experience with Interview based on competencies,
Experience with international recruitment,
Experience with recruitment tools, such as: Indeed, LinkedIn corporate, Zip Recruiter,
Experience with the full-cycle recruitment process,
Experience coaching a team,
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related
