Duration : 12+ months

Job Description:-

Position Summary

  • Provides support across all of Payments. System Monitoring, Linux/Unix knowledge, Excellent Communication skills, Coordinate production issues/phone, Payment processing knowledge, troubleshooting skills
  • Executes transactions as per prescribed timelines and follows all predefined procedures with the objective to meet the SLA targets for the specific process within guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys
Required skill set

Communication and Customer Service Skills:

  • Active listening and questioning to determine the root cause of the issue, to avoid repeat calls and further effort to resolve issues.
  • Display Ownership and accountability –
  • Excellent comprehension and articulation skills
Technical skills:

  • Knowledge of payment processing
  • Basic Trouble shooting skills
  • Knowledge on Operating systems
  • Basic computer tools/application of knowledge
  • Basic knowledge on printers, PCs, laptops etc
Education and other requirement:

Basic computer skills

  • Basic key board and typing skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office
Job Type: Contract

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 /hour
