About the Role
Autolist is looking for a results-driven Inside Sales professional to assist in growing our market share by increasing the dealer customer base subscribing to our platform. You will be part of a fast pace entrepreneurial culture - we are growing extremely fast and you’ll be getting in on the ground floor as we continue to grow our team rapidly. You will be collaborating with Marketing, Product and Dealer Success teams and will work directly with Sales Leadership to refine our sales efforts as we continue to scale. This is a customer facing front line role at Autolist, directly responsible for building relationships with prospective customers, demonstrating our product, signing up new customers and achieving revenue targets.

What You'll Do
- Generate leads from targeted outreach to qualified dealerships
- Cold-call key decision makers from target lists in a designated territory
- Aggressively grow sales through prospecting, working leads, making contact, building rapport and generating opportunities
- Understand prospect needs and how they align with Autolist’s dealer solutions
- Demonstrate the value of the Autolist audience, user experience and dealer solutions over phone, email and screen sharing
- Close sales to build our customer base and meet revenue goals
- Become an expert on Autolist’s platform and product features
- Maintain strong knowledge of the automotive industry as well as local market dynamics
- Develop relationships with dealers and dealer groups
- Utilize Salesforce.com and other tools to record, track and plan prospect activity
- Collaborate with team members, managers and cross-functional team initiatives
At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have:
- 3 years + of sales experience
- College degree (preferred)
- Experience making a high volume of outbound calls to leads or to targeted prospects including cold calls to potential customers who are not familiar with our company or product
- A track record as a top performing inside sales associate selling subscription digital advertising or other technology solutions
- A commitment to continuous self-development and ability to absorb feedback and apply enhanced sales tactics for performance improvement
- A history of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quotas and key performance metrics
- Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, and the ability to overcome obstacles and handle objections
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Upbeat and positive demeanor
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: ability to adjust style and messaging based on audience
- Excellent listening skills, especially via phone with customers to understand their needs
- Excellent relationship building skills both in-person and over the phone
- Knowledge of CRM software (preferably SalesForce.com) to maintain and plan sales pipeline
