We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to assist us with all aspects of the sales process from finding clients, growing partnerships to validating new business models. This person needs to be open to meet with the clients in London, attend meetups and expand our network.
Responsibilities
- Find new clients and connect them with existing and future developers.
- Prepare ballparks, follow up and maintain positive business and client relationships.
- Work on sales and pricing strategy.
- Grow our business by learning from the clients.
- Plan new offerings and business models.
- Prepare sales pitch and validate new ideas.
- Find businesses to partner up with to expand our network of contacts through(butnot limited) meetups and conferences.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for services.
Requirements
- 3-6 years’ of solid experience in B2B selling, ideally for Software Houses, Accelerators or Outsourcing Agencies.
- Trackable records of sales with total turn over £200k/ year.
- Positive and open-minded attitude, love challenges.
- Ready to work within the fast-changing company and with Startup clients.
- Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations to the clients.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Able to pick up a completely cold desk and turn clients into tangible, high-returning partners.
