Role & Responsibilities
The Performance team is all about results and accountability. With industry-leading capabilities across paid search, paid social and SEO, the team is focused on boosting the performance of client content and amplifying campaigns to maximise business results. 

  • Ensures that best practice Search and Social buying across all briefs
  • Optimises performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix including SEM, display, paid social, retargeting
  • Helps lead the development and execution of performance strategies to grow traffic, sales, profit and new customers
  • Maintains relationship with Google, Facebook and other publishers like Bing, Snapchat, Twitter, Linkedin, Apple Search Ads. Feeding new features and innovation through to managers & execs as well as the wider performance team
  • Manages the allocation of resources within your team to ensure that all accounts are adequately resourced and work is delivered in an efficient manner and to a high standard
  • Maintain efficiencies throughout the team with processes and automation.
  • Ensures you probe to understand the “WHY” in Client briefs
  • Works closely with Data and Analytics team to really understand the data leading to insights
  • Works closely with the  Planning and Trading team, SEO, Content & Programmatic team to bring the channel plan to life. Our recommendations need to feel like ONE, bringing it all together in a consistent and clear way for the Client to easily grasp and for Atomic to then deliver
  • Understands the processes and tools applied within the Stratalytics offering and ensure team members have clarity on these
  • Leads the development and execution of performance strategies to grow traffic, sales, profit and new customers
  • Utilises internal data systems to measure and report on performance and ensure goals and objectives are met across all touch points.
  • Develops a team vision and culture to inspire results-driven, innovative, proactive mentality.

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years experience in a digital/performance/analytical role within an agency/consultant environment
  • Excellent skills on Adwords and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Ability to think and act strategically and analytically 
  • Solid written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships at mid level
  • Solid project management skills
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to Director, Client Lead and Client needs and issues
  • Solid knowledge of all digital vendors and their offerings.
  • Mid level knowledge of Performance tools and systems- Google Analytics Facebook Business Manager, Excel & Keynote, Supermetrics, Report Insights, Youtube, Audience segmentation, Forecasting, Tag management, Attribution models
  • Excellent analytical skills.
