Atlantic Staffing Consultants is currently looking for a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative for a locally
owned and operated construction company. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service and communication skills, outstanding typing and computer skills, and proficient using word and excel. It's a bonus if you have had prior experience using Sage Contractor 100 or similar construction accounting software.
In this position you will be tasked with answering incoming service calls, scheduling appointments and assigning the
proper technician to the work order, data entry, and various other tasks.
Job Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience
- Customer service experience
- Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong typing skills
- Excellent at multi tasking
- Knowledge of construction industry
- High school diploma
- *Bonus if you have experience with Sage Contractor 100 or similar software
