Insurance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a marketing professional to join our core Team. This is an exciting time for us, as we are looking for team members to help build out fundamental capabilities and create marketing & communications strategies that support the company’s aggressive goals and ambitions. 
The Marketing Manager will report directly to At-Bay’s Head of Insurance and will be responsible for the coordination and execution of initiatives, working closely with the Underwriting and Business Development Teams.

At-Bay is a quickly­ growing cyber insurance startup out of Mountain View, CA. We’re a pretty unique combination of fintech/insuretech and cyber security and this offers new cool problems to solve.
We are an insurance company built by cyber security experts, because cyber risk requires a complete redesign of how risk is selected and priced. By better understanding cyber risk, we can create better insurance products and services. Cyber insurance is the fastest growing insurance line today, as companies become increasingly reliant on digital operations. So far, we have raised $19M from institutional and private investors, including Khosla Ventures and LightSpeed. We are currently 21 people in total split across our two offices in Mountain View, CA and Tel Aviv, Israel

  • Develop and execute At-Bay’s marketing and communications plan
  • Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives     and project metrics, as well as brainstorm new strategies
  • Create and/or update At-Bay’s presentations and all other marketing collateral
  • Develop and execute Media and PR strategy, including preparation and delivery of press releases, executive talking points and employee media training
  • Organize promotional events at trade shows and other venues, coordinating with our staff to ensure prompt delivery of materials and merchandise
  • Responsibility for brand consistency throughout the company (including reviewing all marketing and sales collateral)
  • collaborate with other team members, agencies and cross functional teams to
  • successfully carry out strategic initiatives
  • Work with At-Bay team to identify media opportunities and carry out Advertising strategy to elevate our brand and capabilities
  • Execute and measure Go to Market tactics for all lines of business (including thought leadership, advertising, collateral, etc.) 
Attributes & Qualifications
  • You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • You are a strategic thinker
  • You are a does, and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves 
  • You have experience building out and monitoring social media platforms
  • You have Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations
  • You have 5-10 years of experience
  • You are creative & out of the box thinker
  • You have the ability to work both individually and as part of a team 
  • You have strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
