This position in available in Kansas City, Kansas for a Geotechnical Project Engineer.. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4-10 years of experience overseeing
Geotechnical explorations, laboratory assignments and preparation of Geotechnical reports.
Must have strong background in Geotechnical drilling methods and regional soils and geology and use that
knowledge to develop project scope documents.

• Coordinating Geotechnical services with internal and external clients
• Preparation of Geotechnical proposals and reports

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver Geotechnical engineering reports that gives professional recommendations
and practical Geotechnical solutions
• Perform engineering analysis using company and industry methods and standards
• Prepare Geotechnical proposals for basic to moderately complex projects
• Develop and execute full Geotechnical project scopes
• Works independently on specific projects
• Works directly with clients to ensure that project specifications are followed
• Manage Geotechnical projects (scope, schedule, budget, etc.)

Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree (BS) in geotechnical, civil, or related engineering required
• Master's degree (MS) in geotechnical, or civil engineering preferred
• KS or MO Professional Engineering License
• Four or more years of geotechnical engineering experience
• Experience working in a consulting firm a plus
