As Director of Sales, your will accelerate Bond’s growth through improving partnerships with our banks and our fintech partners. Your success will mean that Bond is set up to scale through the next phase of hyper-growth following our seed round. You will maintain fantastic relationships with our bank and fintech partners, and own prospecting, maintaining and closing business from banks and from fintechs.
You will:
- Develop and execute on sales strategy to achieve company revenue targets
- Define objectives and KPIs; provide accurate and detailed forecasting, establish quotas and compensation structure, and drive territory plan development
- Continue to improve and iterate on a repeatable sales process
- Work collaboratively with Marketing to create and execute a winning full-funnel strategy
- Relay customer requests to product to influence product roadmap.
- Eventually build, lead, and mentor a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives
- Be a leader within the broader company
You must have:
- At least 5+ years of sales experience as a leader and mentor at a fast pace tech company, Saas company, or fintech.
- Significant experience managing multi-channel outbound and inbound engagement strategy that includes targeting, outbound drip campaigns and support for website visitors, chat, email, phone, and event-driven interest
- Drive rigorous sales development execution and oversight, and KPI management including hourly/daily metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Superior communication skills, written and verbal. Experience presenting and influencing C-level leadership
- Strong ability to coach your managers and sales representatives to higher performance
You also likely have:
- MBA or MS in Technical or Business Degree
- Prior relationships with key decision makers at regional banks
- Prior experience with buying, selling or procuring SaaS, Cloud and API’s
