ASH was founded in 2009 by three Swedish marketing experts. We specialise in brand curation and distribution of lifestyle products. Our HQ is in Bangkok, but we also serve as brand guardian in the Southeast Asia region, especially Malaysia, Vietnam and Singapore. Everyday, we find different creative ways to tell stories of our brands and influencing people to be a part of the brand journey. We are building a few exciting Global brands in Thailand this year. 

The Position
We are looking for a solid Brand Manager who will be responsible for the three core brands in our headphone segment within the ASH audio portfolio. The Brand Manager’s main responsibility is Brand Management of Adidas, RHA, and Nuheara from development, implementation, and optimization. The Brand Manager is expected to be well-versed in communication development, product management, channel strategy and in-store strategy, which allows you to position our brands for a swift journey to the top of the crowded headphone market. 

Job Responsibilities 
  • Craft Marketing Strategy & Develop Implementation plan for new product launch, consumer education, demand generation campaigns
  • Manage campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press, in-store, etc.)
  • Gain insights into consumers, competitors, and market dynamics in the headphones category
  • Build brand image whilst actively driving purchase (sales) 
  • Coordinate with Sales & E-commerce Team 
  • Coordinate product logistics with Operations Team 
  • Brief and oversee quality of online and offline contents with Graphic, VM, and Content Team 
  • Manage marketing budget and Brand’s P/L
  • Continuously look for opportunities to grow the brand
  • Prepare Brand Quarterly Review, Annual Brand Plan, and Post-Campaign Review
