Our company was founded in 2009 by three Swedish marketing experts and we specialise in brand curation and distribution of fashion accessories and consumer electronics. From our offices in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City and Shenzen, our playful and slightly crazy team of young and talented people build and manage brands with incredible success.


ASH is looking for a new Business Development Manager to help expand the presence of a market leading home appliance brand in Thailand.

About the job

  • Work together with BU Director Identify appropriate channel strategy and implement accordingly
  • Plan and execute new business opportunities with buyer or decision makers in CE and Lifestyle Retail Channels
  • Liaise with Brand Management about in-store ideas such as events and POS material and communicate execution with customers
  • Communicating new product developments and launches to current and prospective clients
  • Build relations to purchaser or decision maker or in CE as well as Lifestyle Retail channels 
  • Develops execution plans with the customers to maximise revenue at store level.


You have the following skills


  • Excellent communication skills and a  high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
  • Capability to understand the needs of your customers and implement strategies.
  • Experience from selling a brand with premium pricing and positioning to retail chain customers.
  • A deep understanding of marketing and business principles in CE and retail in general
  • Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales
  • Demonstrate an attitude that is key to success.
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills.
  • Experience of managing major accounts at head office level.
  • Proven track record in creating executional plan and implement successfully.

In this role you will report to Business Unit Director in ASH.
