E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities 
  • Manage E-commerce P/L and drive BU Cash Profit Contribution
  • Create and coordinate online campaigns with key marketplace platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and JD Central 
  • Liaise with Brand Business Units to identify key products to be listed, discounted, participated in marketplace’s owned campaigns 
  • Maintain a healthy profit margin for online sales 
  • Monitor sales performance
  • Come up with sales strategy for specific products and campaigns
  • Ensure that all online campaigns do not clash with offline retailers 
  • Manage online media budget and drive higher ROI 
  • Report and optimize media performance and online conversions 
  • Report and optimize online campaigns 
  • Gradually reduce Cost Per Lead/Cost Per Online Transaction
