Manager of Outreach

Position Overview
The Manager of Outreach will be responsible for generating new, targeted business opportunities and following up on inbound leads. The goal is to convert  them into paying clients. He/she is expected to gain a strong understanding of pain points, current solutions, and will strategically manage the sales opportunity within their own defined industries. This role will be instrumental in developing a steady pipeline of leads and potential clients to grow our organization. The right person for the role should be tenacious, data driven, a self starter, care about people, and be willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. 


Responsibilities
  • Generate sales leads through professional networking and cold-call techniques
  • Evaluate prospects' business needs and present solutions 
  • Understand evolving business insights and effectively articulate the value proposition to prospective clients
  • Set up and lead prospect meetings
  • Draft proposals
  • Effectively transition opportunity to engagement across client and Artemis team
  • Update Playbook to document repeatable process for selling to new businesses and growing existing
  • Meet monthly lead quota
  • Assess current and develop new marketing materials
  • Refine customer personas 
  • Test various campaigns to determine what works
  • Seek and implement client feedback

Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred 
  • 3+ years of experience identifying and closing new sales opportunities
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Proven track record of closing new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience building credibility with a senior level client base
  • Solution based sales experience with an emphasis on service oriented products
  • Willingness to learn and use Hubspot
  • Comfortable with monthly quotas and providing status reports
  • Experience using LinkedIn as outreach tool
  • Open to giving and receiving feedback
  • Former consulting experience preferred
  • Be willing to iterate and improve processes
