Customer Success Associate

Arachnys is FinTech firm focusing on providing the largest financial institutions with technology solutions to solve some of their most complex challenges.  We are looking for intelligent and adaptable graduates to join our growing London team.

The successful candidates will need to be ready to adapt, think tactically and creatively, execute operational plans and interact with colleagues of all levels daily. 

Qualifications / experience 
  • A bachelor's degree, 2:1 or above
  • Experience in a customer facing role is desired but not a requirement. This could be retail, hospitality or customer support, including part-time or while studying.
