Technical Project Manager

We are currently recruiting a Technical Project Manager to be based in our London, Monument headquarters. This is a critical role for Arachnys’s technology delivery process and will act as a bridge between R&D, product and customer success stakeholders and clients to ensure we deliver key projects to agreed milestones and to the highest quality.

The successful candidate will be a highly accomplished Agile/Scrum project manager with experience of working closely with technology organisations and clients to deliver multiple, concurrent, complex projects and releases.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Responsibility for the project management and delivery of multiple projects and releases in an Agile environment in line with our product road map
  • Ensures E2E processes being executed, design processes across all functions 
  • Supports engineering teams in creating and maintaining work plans - working closely with scrum masters
  • Monitors velocity & productivity metrics, identify issues and resolve conflicts 
  • Facilitates priorities changes impact
  • Follow up on client deadlines/important milestone delivery
  • Monitoring and reporting on all technology projects to internal stakeholders as well as  Technology and Customer Success Management

Essential Requirements for the Technical Project Manager:

  • 3 years+  project management experience in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge of Agile and project management methodologies and processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate, discuss and negotiate all aspects of projects with stakeholders at all levels and with clients
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to manage changes, exceptions and variances.
  • A bias for action, because speed and quality are equally important
