We are looking for a focused, organized team player to work closely with the company’s sales, accounting and operations teams, as well as the customers we serve, to facilitate efficient order fulfillment and related support. As a core member of our start-up team engaging our most important clients and working across functions internally, the successful candidate will be mature, poised and professional and possess extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.

- Helping farmers in India and China through improved insights into crop development
- Giving produce growers in California the tools to optimize production with less waste
- Helping irrigated farmers in Nebraska manage water more efficiently and sustainably to protect our water supply
What you will do:
- Provide informed, first-responder support for general inbound inquiries from the marketplace
- Work directly with the company’s prospects and existing customers to select the appropriate product from basic criteria (i.e. application, availability, complete kits, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships while managing day to day transactions and related logistical communications for ongoing customer programs (i.e. reseller partner/distributor or platform enablement programs)
- Process customer orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges using the company’s systems
- Work closely with operations/fulfillment to meet customer delivery requirements and/or to resolve issues
- Coordinate continuously with sales and customer success to support the team’s strategic account development goals
- Compile, analyze, and present customer feedback periodically, including recommendations for improvement
What you bring:
- 3 years experience in sales, inside sales, customer service or customer success
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Accounting or Finance
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, MailChimp and Quick Books desirable
- E-commerce support experience a plus
- Excellent writing, grammar, and speaking abilities
- Upbeat, energetic, engaging and empathetic
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- True team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Desire to learn, grow, and take initiative
