APPrise Mobile is an enterprise mobile SaaS company, and our product, theEMPLOYEEapp, is used by our client companies to communicate with and drive engagement with their employees, the vast majority of who do not use desktop computers as part of their work.  Believe it or not, there are 2.4 billion “deskless workers” in the global workforce and, up until now, technologies have not catered to them. However, because of the proliferation of mobile technology, this is no longer the case.

APPrise Mobile is leading the way in defining this new category of  communications technology for the deskless worker.  We were recently selected as a “Cool Vendor” in the digital workplace by Gartner and are selling theEMPLOYEEapp software to the enterprise. Our clients include Toyota North America, Chipotle, Catholic Health Initiatives (the largest hospital system in the U.S.), and Caesars Entertainment.

The role of Digital Marketing Director is a new, and extremely important position at our company as we look to scale the growth of our company significantly.  You will work directly with our CEO, COO and Head of Sales.  As a Director of Digital Marketing, you will bring a passion implementing, measuring and optimizing digital marketing tactics to drive our growth. You are a team player who will work effectively with other marketing members as well as sales leadership and the sales team closely!

What you’ll do:

  • Working closely with sales and executive leadership, determining and executing upon the most effective marketing strategies for generating sales opportunities 
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email and social media
  • Implement a marketing automation tool and manage ongoing automation efforts
  • Create a system for measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborate regularly with sales leadership to meet sales targets via lead generation.
  • Map out funnel conversion metrics and goals including prospect activities to MQL to SQL to won deals  and adjusting tactics and targets as needed
  • Oversee and implement the strategies to optimize the digital footprint of our website and social media presence 
  • Collaborate with other team members in defining and executing social media strategies as appropriate
  • Supervise and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners including SEO/SEM and PR
  • Collaborate with offline marketing activities and personnel (e.g. events, PR, thought leadership)
  • Brainstorm and test new and creative growth strategies to fuel sales pipeline growth
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Saas experience required
  • Approximately 5 years experience in related digital marketing role, with demonstrated achievement of KPIs
  • Experience with marketing automation platform(s) such as Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot a must
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media campaigns
  • Highly analytical with creative capability in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of WordPress desired
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
