Believe it or not, there are 2.4 billion “deskless workers” in the global workforce and, up until now, technologies have not catered to them. However, because of the proliferation of mobile technology, this is no longer the case.
APPrise Mobile is leading the way in defining this new category of communications technology for the deskless worker. We were recently selected as a “Cool Vendor” in the digital workplace by Gartner and are selling theEMPLOYEEapp software to the enterprise. Our clients include Toyota North America, Chipotle, Catholic Health Initiatives (the largest hospital system in the U.S.), and Caesars Entertainment.
We are looking for a high-energy self starter to join our growing team in the role of Sales Development Representative (SDR), to introduce our solution to a wider audience. This position will report directly to the Head of Sales in our NYC office.
You work well on your own, but also function well as part of a team. You have positive phone presence, are coachable and have a proven track record of delivering results. You thrive under pressure and work well in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
What you’ll do
- Source new qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Discover new markets and implement campaigns through outbound calls and emails to enterprise prospects.
- Schedule demos for sales team with qualified leads.
- Discover and test new sales development technology.
- Improve internal knowledge about industry changes, and competitive landscape.
- Track and input all activity in our CRM.
Who you are:
- 1-2 year(s) professional experience, ideally in a sales environment.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Hungry to learn and self motivated.
- An articulate communicator both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with technology, knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to listen to customers and tailor future correspondence to address their needs.
