DESCRIPTION
AppliedVR is the recognized leader in therapeutic VR, with a clinically validated solution that has launched in over 225 hospitals across the US and in 8 countries worldwide. AppliedVR is transforming patient lives through the power of pixels. We are revolutionizing pain management, enabling patients to have access to safer, more engaging, and effective digital tools that reduce suffering around pain...whether in the hospital, clinic, or at home. We have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Wired, Mashable, CES, and SXSW, and are rapidly growing.
AppliedVR was co-founded by experienced technology entrepreneurs, who teamed with world-renowned healthcare practitioners and academics, to create true societal change. We look for people who are: empathic (we truly care about making an impact in others’ lives), entrepreneurial (we are solution oriented…where others see obstacles, we see opportunity), and who believe in evidence and continuous improvement (we are perpetually learning and pushing to improve ourselves, our products and our service).
We’ve recently completed our Series A fundraising round, and are looking to expand our team with passionate people who want to apply their talent toward solving real societal problems.
