Applied is looking to hire our first marketing hire to lead all of our B2B marketing areas and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead B2B marketing strategy development and execution globally, targeting Automotive and Autonomous Vehicle customers
- Provide strategic direction and consultancy to the company’s senior leadership team in all areas related to growth
- Work closely with Sales leaders to align on approaches to support commercial objectives
- Working closely with our design team to ensure brand alignment with trends and growth in our market
- Owning marketing and setting up future team expansion for web developers, designers, and marketing associates
- Act as an evangelist to share's Applied product and mission to key stakeholders in the AV and automotive industries
Required:
- 5+ years’ professional experience within a B2B marketing role.
- A strong understanding of the automotive and AV industry.
- Familiarity with both B2B marketing techniques and traditional business development marketing
- Experience in marketing leadership in a growing startup
- Strong understanding of lead generation, qualification, conversion, and management techniques. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience working in an international role, with responsibility for supporting business objectives in multiple countries.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Thoughtful, calm but ambitious demeanor.
