Utilizing revolutionary growing techniques, AppHarvest will supply sustainable produce to consumers nationally. We plan to start construction on our first greenhouse project Fall 2018.
About Role
Imagine being a part of the development of over 100 acres of hi-tech greenhouses under glass. As a Financial Analyst, you will be positioning yourself at the forefront of redefining the future of agriculture through the development and management of large-scale hydroponic greenhouses.
What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain project financial models.
  • Assist in the preparation of corporate budget and budget materials.
  • Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating Plan and carry out budget procedures including monthly monitoring of expenditures and revenues and communicate status to management.
  • Assist in the development of multi-year forecast estimates for expenditures and revenues; reviews performance measures.​
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, agenda items and supporting information.  
  • Provide support for management and assist with special studies that require data compilation; analyze and interpret information in oral and written presentations.
  • Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action.

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and two years of relevant experience.
  • MBA and/or CPA degree a plus.
