Sales Solutions Engineer

Role/Responsibilities
  • Work closely with product owners to align on quarterly development planning
  • Manage sales originated feature requests
  • Manage sales originated custom engagements and the scoping process
  • Responsible for maintaining Jira for the sales organization
  • Oversee integration engagements with 3rd party solutions
  • Provide on line demonstrations that encompass both core and custom solutions
  • Work with sales management on all RFP responses to address technical responses
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and strategic planning
  • Provide weekly product updates to the sales organization
  • Oversee customer relationships around labs, pilots and unique engagements
  • Maintain inventory on sales demonstration team across the sales team
  • Work with marketing and sales management on trade show coordination
  • On line demonstrations for back of house portion of presentations
  • Project management for custom engagements
  • Product roadmap tracking and customer facing edition
 
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Must have experience with Android and IOS platforms
  • Must have experience integrating systems across multiple tiers
  • Comfortable communicating architecture to all levels of management and customers
  • Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies and processes
  • Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to balance conflicting interests in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills
  • Work and communicate internally and with the customer at all levels, including engineers, end-users to C-suite
  • Experience and understanding hybrid cloud solutions
  • Efficient at using Jira and Confluence as part of a daily routine
  • Effective in responding to RFP’s, creating ROI and Case Study documents
