Position Overview

Appcast is launching a new international sales product in partnership with our parent company, StepStone. We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Representative to prospect and win business from US headquartered businesses with international operations and their agency representatives.
 
Job Description
 
This Enterprise Sales role will focus on selling directly to US headquartered businesses with international operations or the media agencies and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO’s) companies that represent them. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching and selling to prospective clients as well as working with the extended Appcast sales team to sell into existing Appcast clients through their current sales / account management partner. This is an exciting sales role with high visibility throughout Appcast and the global group. 
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Identify, prospect, understand customer needs, present solutions and close new customers with international hiring needs.
  • Conduct in-person visits, live product demonstrations and business reviews
  • Network within the Appcast sales team to promote and advocate for the International Sales business. 
  • Accurately administer Salesforce to ensure world class forecasting and sales delivery standards
  • Attend relevant industry conferences to network, enhance the Appcast brand and develop revenue. 
  • Contribute ideas and market feedback to ensure the successful growth of the International Sales business. 
 
Candidate Traits
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Deep understanding of the recruitment space, job advertising and / or programmatic ad buying
  • Effective ability to conduct in-person and online product demonstrations
  • Experience in consultative, solution selling 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated, driven with a ‘go-getter’ attitude
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
