Position Overview
Appcast is launching a new international sales product in partnership with our parent company, StepStone. We are seeking an Account Manager to ensure the success of our international customer base.
Job Description
The ‘Account Manager, International Sales’, will be a well organised, analytical and dynamic account leader who will ensure the success of both clients’ campaigns and the International Sales team as a whole. The role requires a high level of daily diligence in the support and execution of clients’ campaigns. The international nature of the sold solution means that the account manager will be an expert in all of the products offered and have deep knowledge of the partner network.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding their requests, complaints, and questions
- Resolve customer inquiries by phone, email and live chats with authentic, human understanding
- Keep all clients up to date with product enhancements, changes, or glitches
- Track and predict client spend on a daily and monthly basis
- Ensure that customers receive world class customer service and are fully satisfied through communicating proactively
- Investigate bugs and technical issues, then work with our Product team to get everything fixed and working properly
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to further brand loyalty
- Act as a liaison between clients and our business to ensure that all product information is relayed accurately
Candidate Traits
- Has experience in customer service or account management
- Bilingual in English and French
- Bachelor’s degree
- Is tech savvy and has a background in software sales or software management
- Has a bottomless well of understanding and patience
- Pays strong attention to detail, is extremely organised and has strong ‘follow-up’ skills
- Has a passion for problem-solving
- Is keen on working in a start-up environment, where processes and products are constantly changing and evolving
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills and can relay information in a timely manner
- Desires to become knowledgeable about the Appcast products and continue learning about our account management methodology
